Weight loss challange day 10.
What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss”.:
Well, there’s a few things. Soda, mostly. It was just habit to order a dr. pepper with dinner. Now, I say water without even thinking.
Next was cheese. I LOVE CHEESE. Like, more than any other food on this earth. I could honestly eat cheese with everything. But I’ve definitely cut down on the amount I eat.
